Delivery Overview

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation. Delivery time may vary depending on the destination, courier service, customs clearance, and public holidays.

Customers will receive a tracking number once the parcel has been shipped. Please ensure that the shipping address, postcode, and phone number provided during checkout are complete and accurate. Cellnetos.com will not be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

For international orders, we use Economy Air Shipping service. Delivery may take approximately 10–20 working days depending on the destination country, customs process, and delivery area.

Cellnetos.com is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

For damaged, missing, or incorrect items during delivery, customers are advised to contact us within 48 hours after receiving the parcel for further assistance.

Delivery Notes:

  • Delivery is available throughout Malaysia and selected international countries.
  • Shipping charges will be calculated during checkout.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Warranty Policy

All phone parts sold by Cellnetos.com are covered by a 1 Month Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects only. The warranty period starts from the date the customer receives the item.

Customers are strongly advised to fully test all parts before installation. Once the protective film, warranty sticker, seal, or adhesive has been removed, the warranty may become void for certain products such as LCD screens, touch screens, and flex cables.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover:

  • Physical damage, cracked screens, or broken parts
  • Water damage or liquid exposure
  • Burnt components or damaged IC parts
  • Improper installation or mishandling
  • Damage caused by dropping, bending, or excessive force
  • Products modified or repaired by unauthorized technicians

For warranty claims, customers must provide the original receipt or order number together with clear photos or videos showing the issue. All returned items will be inspected and tested before warranty approval.

Cellnetos.com reserves the right to reject any warranty claim if the product shows signs of physical damage, misuse, tampering, or unauthorized modification.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost for warranty claims unless otherwise agreed. Cellnetos.com will not be responsible for any loss or damage during return transit.

Important Notes:

  • Please test all phone parts carefully before final installation.
  • Do not remove protective film, stickers, or warranty seals before testing.
  • Warranty does not include installation charges or labor costs.
  • Warranty replacement or refund process may take 3–7 working days after inspection and approval.

Return and Refund Policy

 

Customers may request a return or refund if the item received is incorrect, defective, or does not match the original order placed.

All returned products must be accompanied by the original receipt and remain in brand new, unused, and sealed condition. Products must also be returned with the original packaging and shipping box in good condition. Refunds will not be accepted for items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.

Cellnetos.com will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged parcels during the return shipping process. Once the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed and returned to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Depending on the payment provider and financial institution, the refund may take between 3 to 14 business days to appear in the customer's account.

CellNetOS.com is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party payment processors.

Refunds cannot be transferred to a different payment account, bank account, or payment method unless required by applicable law.

Do you provide phone repair services?

Yes. Customers can walk in to our shop for phone and tablet repair services. Our technicians can assist with screen replacement, battery replacement, charging issues, motherboard repair, and other hardware problems.

Can I walk in to buy phone parts?

Yes, customers are welcome to walk in and purchase products directly from our store during business hours.

Do your products come with warranty?

Yes. Most phone parts come with a 1 Month Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects only. Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or improper installation.

Do I need to test the parts before installation?

  • Malaysia delivery: Usually 1–5 working days
  • International delivery: Approximately 10–20 working days using Economy Air Shipping, depending on the country and delivery area
What should I do if my parcel is delayed or lost during transit?

If you have not received your parcel within the estimated delivery period, please contact us with your order number and tracking information. We will assist in checking with the courier service.

If a parcel is confirmed lost during transit, Cellnetos.com will assist customers with replacement or refund arrangements depending on the courier investigation result. Customers are advised not to worry and to contact us directly for support.
